OPTION A (30 points)
CHOREOGRAPHY!: Using all your ballet knowledge, it is time to get creative and create your own choreography! You can do it in two different ways:
1. Writing a story or description in which you combine different ballet moves to design your choreography. In your writing, the use of ballet terms must be very clear. It can also help you if you mention the song you are dancing to. Your writing/story should be at least 300 words long for complete points.
2. If you would rather draw your choreography instead of writing it, this is the option for you! Design your own choreography with a different set of drawings in which you clearly mention the ballet terms you are using. Don’t forget to mention your song!

OPTION B (30 points)
SLEEPING BEAUTY: As you may already know, Tchaikovsky, the composer of Swan Lake and The Nutcracker also composed the music for Sleeping Beauty ballet. Your task is to research about this ballet (use our lessons as a guide), and send me your report. Include the origins of the ballet, the story, important performances, fun facts, images and videos for complete points.
OPTION C (30 points)
ESSAY: For this option I need you to reflect about ballet and write a 500 words essay in which you tell me the IMPORTANCE OF BALLET FOR OTHER KIND OF DANCES. It is well known that ballet sets the basis or foundations of dance, so taking that as your premise, write your essay, giving examples of how ballet technique is related to other kind of dances to support your arguments.
OPTION D (30 points)
STORYBOARD: For this assignment, I want you to choose your favorite ballet from the ones we learned in class. When you decide, choose your favorite scene and then draw, in at least 6 drawings, the representation of that scene.
